Liceo de Arte is a long term Project that is being designed in stages. On its first phase TRGA designed the Administrative Area that included facilities for Admissions, Financial Aid and Faculty Offices as well as a gallery for exhibitions of student’s projects. Second Stage, which at present time is under construction, is the Presidential Suite with executive offices and Multi Media Conference Rooms. This phase includes renovation of Lobby Area with the addition of a new elevator and conditioning of existing classrooms according to the new architectural image of the institution. The final stage is undergoing permit process and consists of the design of a multi level parking for faculty and students. All these renovations have been developed while maintaining the building fully operational
